Wonderful location, walking distance to Menthon beach, 5-10 minute walk to the bakery and other local shops etc, and a short drive to Annecy itself. The apartment itself worked brilliantly for us and our 3 kids (19,17 and 10). It was very spacious, had everything we needed and was set back from the road, which made it really quiet. The pool was superb. There were only ever another 4 - 5 people at any time.
