The beds and showers are excellent. There are some restaurants and markets within walking distance. It was very suitable for our needs. I would have given it a 5-star rating if the downstairs master bedroom’s vertical blinds aren’t missing some parts and the wooden boards on the stairs aren’t loose. Many items were broken and in need of repair (downstairs bed, downstairs bedroom blinds, living room window cracked, area rugs need cleaning.)Balcony off the living room could be a great space, but it was leaf strewn and had one sad chair.There were not enough towels provided for our group of 7, but the washer/dryer allowed us to launder them. Parking is very tight and when we asked if we could have an extra vehicle, we were told “no” because other guests were using them. Of about 10 available spots, only 1 other besides ours was being used in the virtually empty garage.Extra blankets would’ve been nice. The townhome got very chilly at night.The kitchen was the bright spot for this property. We rented this condominium which was very comfortable and clean. I was with three friends and we each had our own room, which was nice. There were three and a half bathrooms so lots of choices. And it was well equipped. The decorations were a bit bland, but fine. The only inconvenience was the parking lot under the building, which didn;t have an entrance to the unit, unlike some of the other units. So we had to go out the coded garage gate and drag our suitcases up to the condo. Also I did not receive the information on the condo until 11;00 pm the night before we were going.
