### Departamento cómodo y moderno en excelente ubicación

El departamento se encuentra en una excelente ubicación para quienes prefieren huir del bullicio y el caos de pleno centro, pero quieren estar cerca de todo a la vez. Está a sólo 4 km del centro de Mendoza (10-15 min en auto) adonde se puede llegar en transporte público (micros o metrotranvia) cuyas paradas están a 200 m del departamento. Además, está a unos 10 km de las bodegas más importantes y más visitadas de Mendoza. Al ser una zona urbana, tiene todo lo necesario para su estancia, muy cerca: supermercados, estaciones de servicio, restaurantes y demás. Es parte de un complejo de sólo seis departamentos y tiene cochera propia, incluida en la tarifa.  
 Está equipado con una cama matrimonial y una cama marinera en la otra habitación. Ambos tienen placares para desempatar y se dejan preparados con ropa de cama y ropa de blanco.   
La cocina tiene todos los elementos de cocina necesarios, además de heladera con freezer, microondas y pava eléctrica. En la sala de estar hay además un sofá cama para disfrutar de la TV. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado, servicio de TV por cable, wi fi y Netflix.
