The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom. Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days. It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver. Appartments aren't manned after 9 and there are notices asking people to be quiet after 9\. Guy at the desk when we checked in was helpful. The wifi was perfect, the apartment was exactly what I needed and the managers were friendly. There was no detergent to wash the utensils. The furniture is dated. Especially the bed covers feel filthy. There is considerable noise from the neighbors that can be heard. There is no smart tv. But the place was clean.
