Welcome to our newly renovated and fully furnished 2nd-floor apartment in Mendota, just a few minutes off Rt. 39! As experienced and well-reviewed hosts, we're excited to offer special pricing for our first guests in this space. This stylish and comfortable apartment features three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a clean and modern bathroom. We've gone above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, outfitting the space with all the amenities you need, including dishware, cookware, extra linens, and towels. Plus, the 4K smart TV and coffee bar (with both single-serve and full pot brew options) are sure to keep you entertained and caffeinated! Our housekeeper, who lives just a few doors down, is amazing and ensures that the space is always well-managed and sparkling clean. This is a private apartment that gives you exclusive access to all its features and amenities. Enjoy a small private balcony that overlooks the shared yard and grills. While laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants in the building, we provide laundry detergent to make things easy for you. It's entirely possible to walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended, however. We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so here are a few things to be aware of: 1. This is a 4-unit apartment building, so you may hear some noise from other tenants from time to time. However, we've taken steps to minimize noise and ensure that your stay is as peaceful as possible. 2. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants. But don't worry, we provide laundry detergent so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. 3. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building.
