It was just me (f37) and my dad (75m), and was a good fit for us. Everything in the house was well kept, clean, and the beds were super nice! Only thing to mention was that there was quite of bit of loud music/road noise at night since it’s a populated neighborhood- but it seemed to drop off after about midnight and nothing the owner can control. My only suggestion would be to add one of those number pad locks to the backdoor so you don’t have to walk around the whole house to get to your car parked out back each time.
