Very comfortable bed sheets & linens... I want to get those for my own home! I booked this location off looking at the pictures which are very deceiving. The house has a bad smell throughout the entire house. The front door closed but can easily be kicked down bc it has shifted! The floors are uneven it’s like you’re walking down hill. The neighborhood is in the hood with a train track in the middle of the road. The area alone will make you feel unsafe. And the host!!!! Very unprofessional bad attitude and does not care about the customer at all. She’s all for the money she receives from false advertising. I booked this house for 4 days and did not stay one! She refused a refund or a partial refund. I would not recommended this house to anyone!!!! I’ve never had this type of experience in my life. ##### Kayana B. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you may need. The back yard was great for letting the dogs in and out. It is a great location for getting around Memphis. It's close to downtown and only about 20 minutes from Graceland. We will definitely reserve again if we return to Memphis in the future. ##### Jane R. The back yard was small but cute and a plus for us. There is a lot of noise from the trains and Fedex planes day and night but we weren't too bothered by it. A couple things I think could be improved upon is with the hvac limitations ceiling fans would be great as we got hot at night, and a few extra amenities such as a hair dryer, extra toilet paper and the use washeranddryer/dryer ##### Ashley L. Though this house is a bit close to the train tracks, it was mostly quiet, and we felt safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an improvement.
