Summary:
Charming building in a quiet corner of Midtown. Walking distance to bus, food, and the Medical District. Easy access to Highway 240. Plenty of street parking. This is a fantastic little nook with almost no crime or pass through foot traffic.

This two bedroom in-law unit is the perfect quaint retreat for you! Soak in the glow of the hardwood floors! Fast wifi, nice flatscreen tv, and plenty of soap and bath products. Quiet. Private entrance. Less than 2 miles to Beale St!

It looks very nice inside and I fell in love with it but the bathtub wouldn't drain and we were there from Monday until Saturday but nobody could take a shower after the first shower Wednesday. I informed them early Tuesday and but still wasn't able to shower

The unit was cute and well supplied with bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dish soap. The router was in a different building on the property but not accessible by us. The TV and reboots were ridiculous and we still couldn't get any TV even with great assistance from the property employee. Door locks were very tricky to get them to lock and unlock. There weren't any towel bars in the bathroom so towels had to be put over the shower curtain rod. Lighting in the bathroom could use some improvement for women doing makeup and hair. Thank you.

I recommend this spot
I really liked this little apartment type dwelling. It is bare bones, but it was exactly what I needed for my stay; a bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and wifi. It was very clean and hidden away on a quiet street. Any questions or concerns i had were handled promptly by the property manager. Could it use some updates?, sure, but what I paid for my stay I would stay there again.

Never Again!
This rental property is an old shed in the backyard of someone's home. It is not built for a long-term stay. Maybe 2 days at the most. I wouldn't even do that. On our first day, we had to deal with hundreds of ants on the kitchen floor and counter. I asked for someone to clean and bug spray. Instead, I was greeted with a can of bug spray on the floor when we walked through the door. No one even tried to mop the floor or wipe the counters. We couldn't use the kitchen at all! On the second day, the air went out. I asked for a timeline on when the air company would come out because I'm 7 months pregnant and had my small children with me. The owner's assistant responded super late around 12 or 1 am to say the air guy would be out the next day. The air company showed up the next morning at 9 am with no notice. They knocked very loudly and woke my children. This was our first and last stay in a vrbo home! I'm highly disappointed! We left after 3 days instead of staying for the 6 we booked. The mosquitos are also terrible because of the grass and foliage surrounding and growing on the shed. Good luck but this place is obviously a hit for some but was a definite MISS for us! You're better off at an extended stay!

It was in a garage that was converted to a 2 bed. Grass was overgrown and there was an ant issue. Also the mattresses looked old and worn out. The house smelled of must and the shower was disgusting

Decent Place for the Price
Stayed here for 3 night not the nicest spot but was to be expected for the price. Only complaint was the air conditioning didn't work for the first 2 days we were there and the owner wasn't able to get it fixed nor issue any kind of refund. So if you want a spot for reliable AC I would look elsewhere.

Cute and Quiet
Cute little neighborhood of to the side. Great location between us doing everything downtown while we were there. Made it easy to access everything we were there to do. Only thing, a small rug/area rug here and there would be great on the hardwoods!
