The property gate code is provided at check in for entry. This studio is located on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb. I am always a phone or a text message away. Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas. The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well. Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars. We are a small minority owned business. We support women owned small cleaning business and other local small businesses in Memphis. We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules: 1\. Check in anytime after 4pm and check out by 11am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request. 2\. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the suites. We have advance sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette smoke and weed. We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee. 3\. Everything about the place was as advertised. It was clean, bright and met all our expectations - and then some. Small touches were appreciated - like the sound machine for example. We weren't sure about the area as we were driving there, but once we found the place all was good. I liked the feeling of safety the gate provided, in regards to parking. The location was great as it only took a few minutes to get downtown to all the sights we wanted to see. The apartment was comfortable and you can tell the owners strive for excellence. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the booking process as well as during and after our stay. If in this area again, we would rebook without hesitation.
