It was more than enough space for the four of us, and it was fully stocked with all of the amenities needed while out of town . . . yes we put the washer and dryer to good use! The hot tub was a great way to find down after a long day. It was centrally located to a lot of the different attractions. We were able to make several small trips and come back to the house in between. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. It is in in nice neighborhood outside of the downtown area, about a 15-20 minute ride to downtown Memphis. It is close to the Botanic Garden. We wanted to stay in a quieter neighborhood and this was perfect, with a nice park nearby. We were in town for a wedding and had a few changes we needed to make and they were more than accommodating! Communication was excellent! Place was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.
