The location and accommodations fit our needs perfectly for us family members from out of town. We could walk to the venue where the celebration was held, as well as other places for food and drinks in The Edge District.Also, could not ask for better host! They took great care of us. The unit was close to a lot of the sites we wanted to visit and we had a personal parking garage. Tasty food spots were walking distance (although it was too cold to walk). The rooms were spacious (I hate that word but it's the most accurate). The owner met us at the unit and gave us a tour of the "penthouse." He also gifted us with numerous treats, including locally made libations. We really enjoyed the hospitality! ##### Lynn M. That place was phenomenal, beautiful, safe, clean, and perfect for our stay! We were able to catch a quick Lyft downtown and was inexpensive. The trip to Graceland for my mom's birthday was everything she dreamed of and more! It was very close distance wise as well. The people we ran into in Memphis were all very friendly! Our hosts the Todd's were THE VERY BEST! I would definitely recommend this penthouse to anyone coming to the city because it is a great location and close to everything!!!!!! ##### Shawn B. This place is located within short distance of most of the attractions, Sun Studio 5 minute by foot and everything else with a short Uber or streetcar ride. The home is very large and comfortable with a pool table in the living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large and comfortable rooftop deck with couch, chairs, bbq and eating table and a fully stocked kitchen (even had some sweets and beer waiting for us). Everything you would ever need is in this apartment. Becky was very helpful and communicative and even drove us to the airport on our last day, having to get up for a 4am pickup! We travel alot as a group of friends to many places and we have never had such a wonderful location as this one. Highly recommended! Thanks Becky! ##### Stephen R.
