"Very tired hotel. Carpet dirty and exposing piping. "

"Its tired decor. Seems like the person doing it had given up too. I was in room 41 there is an iron burn on the floor. There are tiles knocked out of place. Inch thick messy silicon. Dents and marks on the walls. Light fitting wonky. Carpets outside the room worn and dirty. Water took so long to heat up I was dressed and ready to go to reception to tell them it was broken before it got warm. Water pressure poor to worse depending on popularity. I loved that there are two pools and one is big making it easy to get a spot. Also a cold plunge is cool. However its £8.50 a day to get a gym pass and they take the pass off you so if you want to go in the morning and evening I don't know what you do. If I had time that would have been my preference. Breakfast seemed very budget and it was confusing that the staff say food is to order but the menu says it's a buffet. Overall It just seemed like a general ayre of apathy about the place. I wish that pool was at another hotel so I could go there."

"The location is beautiful and quiet. The room was delightfully comfortable, the staff so professional and friendly and the food and drink outstanding. Great place to stay."

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub which was incredibly creepy. I had contacted expedia to get some sort of refund but the owner was ignoring all of their correspondence. DO NOT go here... it's not worth it. "
