Peaceful, park like property. It is a GREAT place for water sports and fishing. House has 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bath and a sleeping loft (2 single beds). Living area has vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, large windows, sofa and queen size futon. Recently updated kitchen and bathroom. A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Walk down memory lane to the lakehouse my grandparents owned on Lake Jordan. Wildlife was fantastic, deer, owls, hawks, turkeys, gopher turtles, osprey. Property was nicely landscaped and easy to walk around, citrus trees and beautiful old oaks with Spanish moss. Lots of little extras!! Kayaks, a canoe, fishing poles, grill for cooking, outdoor firepit, screened in back porch ( great for that early morning coffee) The owners really tried thinking of all the little things. We had one little hiccup but, it was handled promptly and with great communication. Truly appreciated that quick response. This is not a five star hotel and spa if that's what you're looking for...but, it's a five star fishing cabin and a great place to relax and unwind. The rain on the tin roof....right off to sleep, fell asleep in the rocking chair on the back porch...peace and quiet! Would definitely recommend and may just have to make our way back again soon!
