Apartment 4:  
The apartment 4 (62sqm - mansard) is located on the second floor of the house and consists of a living room with large dining table for 4-6 persons, couch corner with TV and the exit to the cozy balcony. A very well equipped kitchen (ceramic stove with oven, microwave) integrates itself. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, a large separate bedroom with double bed and two small children's bedrooms (very low door, with sloping beds, ideal for children but also young adults) with single beds. The apartment is accessible from the west side via a short outer and inner staircase. A free car park is available on the enclosed property. Free Wi-Fi available. Bed linen provided, Bed linen changed after 7 nights 8,00 Euro per apartment (on request), Change of towels on request after 3 nights.  
  
From the terrace you look into a huge orchard with ancient trees. Under the trees, a table tennis table is available for the person who likes it. On the right is a Liegewiese. The grill and smoke place we have created because of the fire danger a bit further away. At the bottom of the meadow children can find a small rocking and climbing frame. There is no opposite. They are completely undisturbed and experience pure nature. On the spot, you can go on a horse drawn carriage ride or horse-drawn carriage rides in a historic carriage. Kremser ride up to max. 16 persons one-time 60.00 €, with less number of persons Price by appointment. Kuschtfahrt in historic coach (3 pers.) Once 40. 00 €. Horseback riding boxes for holiday horses (15 € per night with food on request).  
  
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
