House very close to the sea, with a view and climate. Situated on the ground floor with a communal terrace and sea view. Located in a well-maintained residential complex consisting of 2 flats.   
  
Waking up with the sea in your eyes and very close to the golden beach of San Foca: this is true luxury. Cosy interiors in a maritime theme with fine finishes in San Foca, a charming seaside town on the Adriatic coast of Salento, a place where staying means experiencing the sea at 360 degrees. The house is beautiful inside and out. It is only 100 metres from the most important white sandy beaches in Salento and a few metres from the main services such as bars, tobacconists, restaurants and supermarkets.   
  
Experience the beauty of seeing the sea as soon as you open the window of your home. A beach umbrella is provided for guests.

Cosy maritime-style interior with fine finishes, the spaces are divided into a double bedroom. Large living area where an additional cot can be added. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and TV. Large bathroom with shower and bidet. Air conditioning and wifi available.  
  
Airy rooms in soft, relaxing tones, elegant and simple. The house is furnished with attention to detail and an easy choice of furniture that creates a soft atmosphere.
