The space This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor offers a comfortable urban retreat with contemporary design and stunning city views. The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and extends to a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying evening sunsets. The living area is furnished with a cozy couch, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for your stay, from cookware and cutlery to complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking supplies. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linens and built-in robes for ample storage. The main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine and ironing supplies adds to the convenience. Additional Amenities: Wi-Fi for connectivity and remote work Split system air conditioning for comfort Guests can also enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a library, swimming pool, gym, rooftop BBQ, entertainment zone, and garden. This apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in the city. Guest access Guest can access the entire apartment, and the facilities provided in the building. (on first come first serve basis) Keys to be collected from a local Key Exchange point, approximately a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Key collection/drop-off hours are from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. \*\* For any check-ins or check-outs outside these times, please contact the host in advance. Late notice requests may not be accommodated and, if approved, will incur an additional travel fee. There is no parking available in the building; however, ample street parking can be found along the same street and nearby. Other things to note You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key.
