Check in & location was good. WiFi was terrible! Property condition could do with some basic maintenance. We had a dirty glass sitting on the side table from the previous guest, the bathroom smelled of cigarettes & some of the amenities need to be refixed to the wall as they were just hanging on. Curtain hooks throughout were missing leaving them look untidy & number of light globes weren't working

Beautiful 2 bedrooms and very spacious kitchen and lounge. Excellent extras for breakfast, our room overlooked the pond which was lovely. Very peaceful and the check in lady was very helpful. Highlyrecommend.

We had a very nice 1 bedroom house with a patio that overlooked a lily pond. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the electric fireplace and breakfast goodies left for us. It was lovely walking around the property. We had a little trouble checking in as we were traveling from the USA but we got it figured out.

Very comfortable beds, clean, well equipped, easy check in and out. Lovely garden view, staff courteous,great big comfortable rooms. Very thoughtful to have breakfast food available to cook. Well equipped kitchen.

Great location and we have stayed here in previous years. The property has all the same amenities, however, the building and room condition has severely deteriorated as well as the general grounds and vineyard upkeep. This has greatly affected the appeal and serenity of this once wonderful accommodation.

Very clean property. Very nice place. Overall we loved the place and we enjoyed our stay.
One suggestion we would make is - May be it is time to update the TV to a smart TV. It would have been very nice when it was very rainy and we had to stay indoors

The cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It had good heating and the spa was lovely. Breakfast was provided but we did stay 2 nights and felt that the provisions were only for 1 night especially when 4 people booked. We used the resturant and the meal was generous and nice. Dietary requirements were catered for. Unfortunately communication and service could have been better. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few improvements would help to maintain cliental and see people return.

Property is looking tired, is not well maintained & is not properly cleaned. Cracks in walls, Shower door didn’t close properly. Spiders in room. On the plus side the beds were comfortable. The entire property requires a substantial upgrade. We would not stay there again.

A very large single bedroom old style rural cottage. Full kitchen , half size fridge. Aircon in the kitchen / lounge area. Electric heater in the bedroom. IXL heater in the bathroom. Most of the property is in good condition & it has some very nice old style timber furniture. A few things were in need of maintenance eg curtains, sliding screen door, dripping shower. A good property needing a bit of help to make it excellent.

It's super quiet and lots of birds around to identify, lots of places to walk after dinner. Great location to our family in Yarra Junction and Healesville.
There were a few issues that do need a mention and do need to be rectified (e.g. light hanging from ceiling, kitchen extractor looks like it's about to fall off the wall, second room had no door handle).
The fans above the beds need a really good dust, and the TV needs a serious upgrade to a Smart TV. The dishwasher isn't working properly and items are coming out dirty. We stayed three nights so some extra bin liners and dishwasher tabs would have been appreciated.
Other than this, there was complimentary wine, chocolates and facilities for breakfast - which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The spa was amazing, the beds were comfortable and LOTS of available pillows.
We had a really great stay, just some minor adjustments needed.
