This is the perfect home base for your city visit! The Space: This modern 1 bedroom apartment located in this state of the art building is just minutes away from the best of which Melbourne has to offer. Positioned at the front of the building overlooking Wreckyn Street on the fourth (4th) floor, this light and bright north facing apartment comprises open plan living, dining and kitchen (featuring euro appliances including dishwasher), separate bathroom, internal laundry facilities, bedroom with built in robes, split system heating and cooling, private undercover balcony and secure basement car parking. Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
