Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups. We accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged. The house is located on a quiet street at the Waterfall Gully end of Rosebud. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes. The property is located on dirt road. Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets. Loved that we could bring the dogs along too. We were already planning he next trip there with friends in our mind. Admittedly we then discovered the internet didn’t work which did become a big frustration as we planned a quiet relaxing weekend and it wasn’t stated on the info we we’rnt expecting not to have it and spent a lot of time trying to get it to work. As you can imagine this isn’t particularly relaxing. I understand the service out there might not be great and that may not be avoidable but it wasn’t slow, it literally didn’t work at all and it’s also advertised as a draw card of the property if the weather isn’t great.
