The cinderblock wall between the units meant that there was no sound transmission between units. Very nice! It was a perfect size for 1-2 people for short term. The kitchen table is a small table with bench seating but with perfect access to electrical outlets, making it a great place to do computer work. Internet access was excellent. In cooler, less humid times of the year the seating in the back patio would have been great. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near Route 1 made it easy to get places.
