Defined with a luxury, modern edge with a blend of raw materials and a soft coastal palette, the stunning proportions are amplified by the high ceilings, polished concrete throughout and oversized glass, inviting in the leafy and private aspects. Set back from the street and nestled within an immaculate garden setting, the home opens to reveal a glass electric entry with broad gallery hall, flowing freely to the open plan living and dining room with a huge gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a premium chef's kitchen with 2 ovens & 2 fridges as well as boasting stone benches and a fully equipped butler's pantry. A world class laundry with 2 washing machines & dryer as well as a study/5th bedroom.  
Glass sliders open the living area to a large alfresco terrace with the most amazing vista over the treetops and the brand new bespoke luxury pool and spa that is solar heated for all year-round enjoyment, there is a plumbed BBQ kitchen for gourmet entertaining. Upstairs there are 3 principal bedrooms all-encompassing the ultimate in style and class being oversized with the most palatial ensuite bathrooms adjoining three of the 4 bedrooms.
