Parking for 2 or 3 cars on driveway King beds in 3 rooms Open plan kitchen connecting dining and lounge looking out to the garden. Dining table can seat 8 Desk and office chair upstairs Kitchen has new appliances, the oven, hob, airfryer, dishwasher and fridge. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, pots and pans etc. Additional fridge in games room. Games room with 2 x 8ft Pool/ Billard table - green for adults and blue for beginners. Table tennis sits on top. Amateur level Master bedroom has king bed with en suite, walk through robe plus smart 55inch tv, direct access to balcony. Plus air con, fan and heating panel. Lounge has 55” smart Samsung tv, Netflix, you tube, free to air tv. Covered Alfresco area with Outdoor lounge set, dining table (8) and Gas BBQ (oil and paper towel under BBQ plus BBQ utensils provided in kitchen drawer.) Flat Lawn area that is enclosed with 6ft high fencing Washing machine and condenser dryer. Ironing board under stairs and Iron in laundry cupboard High chair x 2 and porta cot x 2 Please provide your own linen for the baby. McDonald’s, KFC & Subway at the end of Third avenue. Close by I highly recommend The Milbri, open for coffee, drinks, lunch and dinner. Benches and tables outside for dog owners. Spitfire next door has amazing burgers. Kept walking down and you will pass Rosebud pub and find the high street with cafes and specialty stores. Turn left at McDonald’s and walk 3 blocks to the Rosebud plaza shopping centre. The house is on Third Ave and the shopping centre off First Ave. You will pass a new bagel cafe which has outdoor seating area, there is ALDI, a bottle shop then at the shopping centre has everything. Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, hairdressers, massage, Chemist, Telstra, Optus, plus speciality stores. HOUSE IN DETAIL The kitchen will delight with plenty of bench space and modern new appliances, neff gas cooktop, Westinghouse easy to use electric wall oven/grill, Bosch dishwasher plus fridge/freezer. Spare fridge in games room. Everything is here that you would expect, Nespresso coffee maker, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster (extra toaster in cupboard), microwave, sandwich press, blender etc. plus handy to have items such as, wine and champagne glasses, espresso cups, table linens, loads od crockery, melamine plates for outdoor dining, children’s plates etc. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms that have their own individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioners, ceiling fans and wall heater panels. All have black out blinds or curtains. Desk in king single room and laptop desk in queen bed room. To confirm all linens including towels provided. Beds are ready unpon your arrival. No extra charge or requirement that you wash all the linens. The outside deck area is under cover as this is Melbourne! An inviting space with outdoor couch, dining table, and BBQ.!The lawn area has sun loungers. There is a 6ft high fully enclosed fence. A few extra bricks under the side gate ensures little dogs don’t escape. The games room has two 8ft pool tables which converts to table tennis. Some board games and books for kids. Some inflatables, cricket stuff and beach umbrellas available to use on the beach. Play bocce on the lawn outside, or inside the games room, depending on Melbourne weather! The 2 bathrooms are modern with excellent hot water and newly installed rain shower head. There are three toilets in all, of which two are separate which is very useful with a full house. There is a laundry with new washing machine and dryer. Smoking is fine outside of course and I really appreciate no smoking inside. There is a balcony upstairs plus the undercover deck. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we could have needed!! The outdoor entertainment area was perfect for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sun. The bedrooms were cosy and had great storage. The beds were amazing! Highlight for the boys was the games room with a pool table, ping pong and more! The house is beautiful, lots of space and very clean. It had great amenities, we enjoyed their Smart TV which had Netflix and other streaming services and the amazing games rooms, which had a pool and ping pong table. Three generations of our family, including 3 and 5 year olds, plus two small dogs enjoyed all the home has to offer. The property is extremely well equipped with everything (and more!) that a guest might need. So many books, games, puzzles, beach and sports gear, suitable for both children and adults. A beach wagon is also supplied which would be great for summer stays. There is a pool table and table tennis table too.The kitchen is extremely well supplied with more gadgets than my own, and plentiful quality crockery and glassware. There is also plenty of plastic bowls, plates, cups and cutlery for young kids. A generous amount of condiments are available as well as a huge selection of tea, coffee pods and even hot chocolate!Everything was scrupulously clean, and the furnishings and accessories were tasteful and inviting. The home owners are very welcoming of fur family members and supply bowls, toys, towels etc.This was really appreciated as we like to have are dogs with us. The four bedrooms are upstairs and are all very comfortable and attractive. If you find doonas too warm, there are blankets and lighter quilts supplied in the wardrobes. We enjoyed the pool table and there was a lot of other games to play with both indoors and out so families with children would be very happy here. The house had everything we needed and more for a relaxing long weekend. A well equipped kitchen with all the gadgets you can think of and all the things you need to feel at home straight away. Anything from, coffee, hot chocolate and a whole assortment of teas to biscuits and even chocolate easter eggs.
