The general ambience of this property could be improved - it is getting a little shabby and could do with some spruicing up, eg additional glasses, updating furniture, de-clogging drains. A key bugbear was that the "host" was not up for personal communication. For example, there was no information on connecting to the internet and when requested via the app, there was a stoney silence. The property was in poor condition, with stains on the couch and bedhead. The primary reason we had to leave was the broken shower head, which made the stay unacceptable. This trip was to attend my dad’s funeral, and during such a difficult time, the overall experience only added to the stress and hardship. Despite two weeks passing, there has been no sign of a refund or resolution from the property manager or VRBO. The Myagent mumber and Jacob was very helpful instead !Upon arrival you have to guess what key lock is yours. I found a used and an unopened condom wrapper on the floor. Rubbish under the lounge and all amenities listed were not availabile. A receipt from over a month ago was left behind.
