Lovely living areas on both levels provide ample room to spread out with ease, while a large kitchen, natural timber countertops and sleek white appliances overlooks a dining zone with comfy built-in bench seating. Enjoying blissful views across the coastal panorama from Arthurs Seat to Main Ridge and the foreshore dunes of this glorious seaside location, the home is flanked by a huge alfresco sun deck to dine outdoors or bask in the sunshine overlooking the rolling green lawn with trampoline and swings/cubby house, it’s kids paradise. Multi-zoned ducted heating/refrigerated cooling, carport and ample off street parking, all only footsteps to cafes, Back Beach Cellars and the local milk bar and a short zip to The Dunes Golf Links, with Peninsula Hot Springs just beyond. NB. The garage/bungalow is not for use.
