Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Our private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found. Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Communication from owner was great. Bedroom good size. Nice views. But whole apartment needs a deep clean. Carpets stained and cupboards not neatly arranged. Oven not cleaned. Our main issue though was with the beds. One Queen, two singles and a sofa bed. All so uncomfortable that it affected our whole stay.
