The spacious apartment itself is light filled, with full height windows, oak floors and a large full length, private outdoor balcony. The apartment is centred around a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The sophisticated kitchen beckons you to whip up a storm with its high end Swiss appliances if the mood takes you. If not, you are spoiled for choice with bustling Smith Street and Brunswick Streets nearby with their cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and wine bars. The elegant bathroom is equiped with a shower and basin. There is a separate toilet with its own hand basin as well. There is also a worskpace with desk situated away from the living area for any time you just cant escape work.
