Air conditioning and heating provide comfort year round, while the living space flows naturally onto a private balcony overlooking the river and bay. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and relaxed meals, featuring a gas stovetop, oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Both bedrooms include queen beds and offer a comfortable place to rest after a day exploring the city. A centrally located bathroom and internal laundry with a washing machine add practicality for longer stays. Guests can enjoy access to the building’s shared facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, gym, yoga room, games room, private cinema, and karaoke spaces. With trams less than a minute away, waterfront walks nearby, and supermarkets, dining, and Marvel Stadium within easy walking distance, this apartment delivers a well balanced Docklands stay. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees.
