The cottage is well equipped, super comfortable with a wonderful big deck for sitting and eating. I would suggest putting fly wire screens on the bedroom windows and maybe the French doors. Garden area was overgrown, with dirty outdoor chairs. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The rules were extensive, and while I appreciate their necessity, every rule came with the threat of being billed for breakages, etc., which put a dampener on the experience - maybe mention it once, not on almost every rule.
