Beautifully furnished with natural timbers, the main bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite for added comfort. The functional floor plan is designed for easy living, with two lounge areas framing the open-plan kitchen and living space, where natural light pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor amenities, including a sparkling pool and entertainment area—perfect for unwinding or hosting gatherings. The fully fenced backyard offers complete privacy and features a cozy fire pit for those cooler evenings. For nature lovers, the property also has a private gate to Stringer Reserve, that is great for kids to kick the footy or play a match of tennis on the public courts, all this making it easy to explore the exciting surroundings.  
  
Located just minutes from Blairgowrie Village, the Yacht Club, cafes, and restaurants, and within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Bridgewater Bay and Pearse Rd, this home also offers close proximity to both Sorrento and Portsea townships. Solace by the Bay is the ideal all-year-round holiday retreat, combining refined style, comfort, and an abundance of outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
