It features a fully fenced yard with a spacious rear area for BBQs and dining, overlooking a lovely, tree-filled backyard. The neatly presented home is comfortably furnished and conveniently located near the beach and local town. The Kitchen and Living Room: The open-plan living area includes a bright, family-friendly kitchen with electric cooking and a large central dining table. The adjacent lounge room offers ample seating, a widescreen TV, a high-capacity split system for heating and cooling, an open fireplace, and direct access to the front porch. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The cottage includes three bedrooms and a family bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has tri-bunks and a single bed, suitable for up to 4 guests. Each bedroom provides plenty of storage space for guest belongings.
