However, the house is a disappointment - it is quite rundown. It seems like the property has not been cleaned or maintained regularly. Some blinds are broken, windows and glass doors are dirty, window/door fittings are either loose or broken (door not closing properly). Kitchen items, especially the pots and pans, are really old and should be discarded. The internet did not work despite our attempts to reset the router many times.The house itself has many faults and not in good condition, but I cannot fault Nan's (the host) service as her customer service is excellent.
