With three separate wings, there is room for everyone, as well as a large outdoor area to relax out on on a warm summers night or lounge by the fire on a cool winters night or even cosy up and read a book in the gorgeous central court-yard. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with heating and cooling, 2 generously sized bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with a Miele induction cooktop, Nespresso pod coffee machine, as well as a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer; the pictures say it all. In the perfect location, not only does this gorgeous home also offer private beach access with your own access code to enjoy Portsea's Fishermen's Beach, but you're a stones throw away from the entry to the Point Nepean National Park, a popular local attraction for all ages. Portsea on Point is a great base for exploring Portsea and its surrounds.
