Minutes away from the beaches and located in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, in the center of Melbourne. The home is fully equipped from kitchen utensil to clean white linens & towels. Do not worry about space, there are plenty of seats, beds, and patio area to get more sun! The space WELCOME TO MELBOURNE! THIS MODERN COZY HOME fits 9 people comfortably. Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood just 7-10 minutes to Downtown Melbourne, Shopping Mall, Museum, Restaurants, close to Melbourne beach. The beautiful home contains 3 queen sized beds, 2 twin sized beds and a daybed in one of the TWO living rooms in the house. The house is stocked full of ALL amenities you may need for your trip, so all you need to focus on is relaxing! It is newly furnished and brand new! You can expect: \- Full array of kitchen utensils \- Spare blankets and pillows in every room \- Toiletries provided: Pantene Shampoo + Conditioner & Olay body wash \- High-quality linens (bleached and cleaned between every guest), and hotel-quality towels. \- Keurig Coffee cups, sugar, creamer. \- High quality blender, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, baking trays + utensils, quality glassware and dishes. \- Variety of cooking seasonings \- Ironing board, iron, washing detergent, cleaning supplies, and more. \- In unit laundry + dryer This is a single level home with no stairs. It includes 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an open kitchen, kitchen island with equipment and utensils to cook your meals at home. The huge living rooms with beautiful new large couches, daybed and TV for movie nights! All rooms include closets + hangers, over the ceiling fans & light, quality mattresses + pillows. Overall Room Breakdown: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with bathroom and walk in closet with Tivi Bedroom 2: Queen bed with bathroom and closet Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with walk in closet Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds with walk in closet Bedroom 3 & 4 share a big bathroom. Other details: Enjoy central heat and cooling for the fluctuating weather! \-BBQ Grill is free of charge. \-Free Wifi and free parking. High speed internet perfect for work from home. We are a pet friendly home and charge $35 per pet/ whole trip for a cleaning fee. Swim towels provided Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house. Instructions will be available the day before on how you can check in. Guests will be given an entry code upon arrival. Driveway can fit 3-4 cars. Other things to note THIS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. NO PARTIES/ EVENTS ALLOWED. \- Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-in time is 4 pm. \- Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-out time is 11 am. \- BBQ GRILL is FREE of charge. Guests will be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank. There are Walgreens, Wawa, Lowes, Circle K, Chevron nearby for you to swap the propane tanks. \- LAWN TEAM may come during your stay for cutting the grass and bush outside. \- PETS are allowed. We are a pet friendly home and charge $35 per pet/whole trip for a cleaning fee. \* Please don’t bring PETs to the property without being listed on the reservation. \* If you have PETs: Pets are not allowed to go to the beds/couches. \* Please take care of your pets and don’t use our TOWELS for pets. \* Please clean after your pets and make sure they don’t damage our property, furnitures. \- AIR CONDITIONING: A/C temperatures set between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ENSURE all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly. \- SECURITY CAMERAS There is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside of the home or the pool area to ensure your privacy. \- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. We enjoyed staying in this large home that has been completely renovated and attractively furnished. It was very clean, well appointed, and conveniently located close to shopping, dining and golfing. Access to the beach was an easy drive across the intracoastal waterway and we never experienced annoying traffic delays when we went to the beach.We walked in the quiet neighborhood daily, the neighbors we met were friendly and we never had any worries about loose pets. The landlord quickly responded to the only issue we experienced, namely the battery in the front door lock needed replacing. We were very pleased with our trip to Melbourne and this house played a large part in making our visit enjoyable. We would be happy to stay there again. ##### Edward C.
