Given Queen bed and 2 singles with room fronting highway, without double paned glass. Very noisy, a bit run down (old appliances, blinds falling down). Property manager would not move us or give compensation. Stayz live chat agent promised to send email to property manager and me, but did not. Overall a very bad experience. Beware of paying in full before arrival - you will have no recourse. Stayz demonstrates all care and no responsibility. I will not be booking with Stayz again. ##### Jill M. Easy parking, a huge benefit having the tram right across the road and an easy check in process made our stay even better.
