This prestigious home with immaculate finishes, sparkling swimming pool, and lush views in Portsea is perfectly located in a quiet street yet so central to high-end dining and numerous outdoor activities such as diving, surfing, and bushwalking with various surfing spots and world class golf courses nearby.  
  
Architecturally designed by Campo Architects, the home boasts serene coastal colours, clean crisp design, and a stunning indoor outdoor flow. Through the front doors, you will enter into a private world of your own with manicured gardens, outdoor living zones, and multiple pavilions.   
  
Head to the main living area which is light and spacious with sliding doors that open to decking all around. The kitchen makes preparing meals a delight with a butler’s pantry, island bench, sleek design, and Swiss appliances.  
  
Why not have an alfresco lunch out on the deck and on cooler days, you can warm up by the outdoor fireplace. The gorgeous swimming pool and spa are ideal for families, complete with poolside deck and outdoor shower, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.  
  
The luxurious master bedroom has tranquil elevated views across the pool and gardens, walk in robe, and private ensuite with double vanity and standalone bathtub. Four of the bedrooms including the master are situated in their own wing enhancing privacy. There is another bedroom and living room at the front of the home allowing some separation from the main living area.   
  
Additional features of the home include a built in barbeque, air conditioning, ceiling fans, three car garage, ancient Moonah garden, and hydronic heating. The scene is set for a wonderful stay in one of the most sought after areas of the Mornington Peninsula.

Exclusively located in the old Portsea culture of Duffy Street, Moonah trees, friendly neighbours, Shelley Beach, Portsea Surf Club and the fairways of Sorrento Golf Club are all right on your doorstep along with restaurants, shops, public transport, and cafes nearby.  
  
Millionaire’s Walk is close by and there are numerous lookouts and walking tracks to explore in the Point Nepean National Park. You can enjoy the natural serenity of the area while Melbourne CBD is only an hour and 35 minutes away.  
  
A $5,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
