Very hot during the day due to nth facing windows and sun streaming in. Can't imagine how it would be in summer. 6\. No tea towel. 7\. Pots and pans cheap motel quality. 8\. The northern view was a new high rise being built, interesting. Proximity to the Vic Markets was ideal. The proximity also to transport on the trams made it a very central location.
