Tucked away in the heart of Fitzroy, Little Charles is a heritage-listed worker’s cottage that has been beautifully transformed into a stylish and contemporary retreat. While compact in size, clever design has opened up the space, creating a split-level home with multiple inviting areas. The cozy living room provides the perfect spot to unwind, while the sunny outdoor courtyard offers a secluded escape for your morning coffee or evening wine.  
  
This home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom, which can be converted into two single beds upon request. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located for both bedrooms to share. Upstairs, a queen-sized bed in the loft-style mezzanine overlooks the living area, creating an airy and open feel. While this space is semi-enclosed, the design allows natural light to filter through, enhancing the home’s bright and inviting atmosphere.  
  
Located just steps from Smith Street, one of Melbourne’s most vibrant cultural hubs, this home is ideal for travelers attending events at the MCG, Marvel Stadium, or Rod Laver Arena, all easily accessible via the nearby tram line. A parking permit is available for guests bringing a car.

Located in Fitzroy, one of Melbourne’s most sought-after neighborhoods, this home places you steps away from Smith Street and Gertrude Street, known for their award-winning cafes, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Hop on a tram just outside your door for a short ride to the CBD, MCG, Rod Laver Arena, or Marvel Stadium, making this the perfect stay for travelers attending concerts, sporting events, or festivals. Enjoy a morning coffee at Proud Mary, explore Fitzroy’s famous street art, or dine at Cutler & Co—all within walking distance. With easy access to Melbourne’s top attractions, this is the perfect base for your next trip.
