Wifi, spa, pool & gym. Free Tram Zone. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with fully-equipped kitchen. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This two bedroom apartment features a lounge with floor to ceiling windows opening onto a balcony stretching the length of the apartment. There is an open plan, marble island bench kitchen with quality appliances. There are two bedrooms, master with built in robes and dual access to the modern bathroom. Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom: (1) Double size bed Second Bedroom: (1) Double size bed Double sofa bed in living area. The entire apartment and all Melbourne has to offer! I'll be available for you during business hours, after 8:00 pm I may take longer to reply because it's my family time but will have my phone by my side to answers your questions if urgent. We hope to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. If you'd like some help with anything, feel free to message. Chauffeur Service and Airport Transfer: Ask about our Airport Transfer were our partner drivers will meet you at the airport, transfer you to your apartment and hand you your keys. Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found. Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building. A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
