Amazing location, very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, bars, QVM. Amazing view from room on the high level of the EQ Tower. This one-bedroom apartment is with great location. Great facilities and easy check in and check out at your convenience. Overall, my apartment comes complete with: \+ One bedroom with 1 Queen size bed that can comfortably fit up to two guests \+ Open living area allows good air flow at all time, well-sized bedroom with build-ins where you can store your luggage \+ Full size kitchen with fully equipped \+ Fresh and high quality linen and towels ※ Standard Setting: 1 Queen size bed for 2 peoples ※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$350 ※ Dishwasher out of order ※ Extra linen requested at extra $45 (Please update with us at least one day before you coming) ※ Please keep the keys, fob with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost them. ※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour. ※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY!
