\- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place  
\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note, if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
