Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, etc. Dining: You\`ll find a 6-seater dining table along with a high chair for your convenience. Bedding Configuration This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests: Large Master bedroom: One King bed, en-suite and walk in robe. For guests with cars, driveway and street parking are available, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. TERMS OF BOOKING 1\. We do not accept any parties, celebrations, schoolies or large events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties. 2\. Instant booking with no reviews please send request first. 3\. No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. 4\. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 10.00 pm and before 8.00 am) 5\. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. 6\. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. 7\.
