Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Train station (direct line and easy ride to the City of Melbourne), parks and beautiful Sandringham beach. 5 double sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living areas and plenty of outdoor space, including under cover entertaining area. Home includes: air conditioning, heating, barbecue/grill, appliances (toaster, kettle, sandwich press, air-fryer etc), linen, towels/ beach towels, hairdryers and smart TVs. No hens/bachelor parties. Need consideration for our neighbours and so ask that no parties and no post 11pm loud music. Pet friendly with conditions. No pets on furniture, beds or within carpeted areas.
