It takes about 20 mins to walk there. We have two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach tent and buckets for guests to use. Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and groups. Schoolies: We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged. Bookings: Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests. Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay. Booking rate is for 2 people then extra $20 per person per nights booked after Bond: If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400. If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000. Schoolies have a higher bond Located on a quiet street and central to what the area has to offer. The RSL is also just at the end of the street. Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets. Australia 27 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Brief Getaway Initially presented well but that step to the door was far too deep. Perhaps an additional step, is the order of the day!? Lounge whilst inviting, was far too tiny for 3b/rm house. Furniture needs updating as there is no support in the couch whatsoever. Configuration with furniture is needed to gain optimum space in the living area. The stove was rather antiquated for this day and age. The railing less back steps are an accident waiting to occur. And some quality pillows wouldn’t go astray. Not somewhere we would return. ##### Cynthia J.
