Superb spacious & comfortable lounge room with 98" smart TV with sound bar. Large & spacious open plan entertaining and dining area and gourmet kitchen with a Miele oven & induction cooktop, all the essentials required for meal preparation, including a Nespresso coffee machine,. Glass sliding doors lead out to the expansive back deck entertaining area with a superb Beefeater BBQ, outdoor furniture and umbrella. A separate 2nd living area with lounges, smart TV, Foxtel, play station 3 / blue ray and a variety of board games for the young and young at heart to enjoy.
