The Space: Ideal for 2, comfortable for 4, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. This stylish, centrally located 2-bedroom apartment offers stunning city views and modern comforts. The spacious main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom also includes a queen bed. The living area boasts a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that converts into a double, alongside a well-equipped kitchen and dining space. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, plus the convenience of an in-unit laundry with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The Neighborhood: Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated on A'Beckett St right opposite RMIT and only a 3min walk to Melbourne Central station and a 5-10 min walk to Queen Victoria Market. You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more. Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area. I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area. Getting Around: Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient. If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop next to us at the corner of Swanston & A'Beckett St. Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs. No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on A'Beckett or Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city. If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 3min walk away from us. If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you. Other Things to Note: Self check-in instructions will be provided by a representative. Key collection is at a nearby location. The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests. The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
