The Docklands suburb is a contemporary urban neighborhood located to the west of Melbourne's city center. It is characterized by its modern architecture, commercial vitality, and a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The area is known for its sleek skyscrapers, corporate offices, shopping centers, and a variety of dining options. It is also a hub for major sporting events and cultural activities, with Marvel Stadium (directly downstairs) and various entertainment venues attracting a diverse range of visitors. Docklands offers a convenient lifestyle, with easy access to public transportation, making it a bustling and dynamic part of Melbourne.  
  
There is an abundance of paid street parking available throughout the week down at Adderley Street.  
  
The apartment is directly situated in front of a tram stop that gives direct access to Melbourne City and other surrounding suburbs. There is also Southern Cross Train Station which is a short walk from the apartment complex.  
We are thrilled to have you as our esteemed guest. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:  
  
1\. Respect the property. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.  
  
2\. No smoking indoors - a fine of $200 is applicable plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair damages.  
  
3\. Ensure minimal noise within the property and common areas from 11pm to 7am.  
  
4\. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted.  
  
5\. No parties or events.  
  
6\. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property, unless otherwise specified and approved in advance.  
  
7\. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins.  
  
8\. LOST KEYS RESULT IN $200 FINE  
  
9\. If you miss check-in time, we may be able to arrange a delivery for a call out fee of $50-150. Same with lost keys.

Points faibles : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.

The property was absolutely filthy. The sinks were brown and needed to be cleaned. The toilet was so gross that it made the whole bathroom smell and made you gag whenever you went in there. When we had to sign in to get instructions they wanted a $400 BOND. What the hell!!! Otherwise, the only other option was a non refundable payment of approx $62 as a Maintenace fee. The person with whom I spoke was nice, however if they are getting someone else to clean etc they need to fire them and get someone else. The state of the property was outdated and dirty.
