Welcome to our stunning modern apartment in the heart of South Yarra, Melbourne. The second-floor apartment boasts a sunny outlook and stylish décor, perfect for those looking for a comfortable and trendy living space.  
  
The apartment features two large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, offering a queen and double bed. There is a couch in the lounge room that provides extra accommodation for one guest. Bedding provided. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests. Hotel quality be linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The central bathroom features a shower over bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.  
  
The open plan kitchen, meals and lounge area is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, as well as basic pantry supplies, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The sunny lounge area is furnished with a large comfortable couch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie or a book or extra accommodation if needed. Two sunny balconies with outdoor furniture offer the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the views.  
  
The apartment also includes a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the upstairs balcony is a washing line. Free WIFI and two secure undercover garage car spaces in the basement are also available for guests.  
  
Guests enjoy year round comfort with reverse cycle heating and cooling air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the lounge room.  
  
The apartment block does not have a lift so stair access is required.
