Getting to Point Cook • Point Cook is about 35 minutes south-west of the Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) and is located to the south of the Princes Freeway. The nearest railway station is Williams Landing railway station, and other stations close by are Aircraft or Laverton (on the way to Werribee). Parks, Playgrounds, and Attractions • Werribee Park Mansion. Wander through a grand mansion and glorious formal gardens with stories of another time. • Bayview Park Point Cook is a pirate ship themed playground at in the south-east of the suburb near the corner of Yuruga Boulevard and Alamanda Boulevard. • Feel the freedom of the wild on a safari bus tour at Werribee Open Range Zoo. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly. • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival. • Ensure pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside on SUNDAY night or by 5 A.M. on Monday. • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. • Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out. • Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. This will help keep our community clean and sustainable. \* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind. \* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. \* Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. \* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out.
