The house is designed to maximise indoor-outdoor flow onto a large front deck, so children can be watched from all the living areas. The front of the house boasts a spacious driveway, accommodating up to 3-4 cars and a small boat. Expansive front and rear gardens, along with the driveway, provide plenty of space for children to play. The rear of the property features a lush grassed area, while the side yard is perfect for small dogs, with an enclosed area to the side of the property. A trampoline outside adds even more fun for the kids, making this home ideal for families. This expansive sunny deck is ideal for summer BBQ meals and with umbrella shaded al fresco dining for 8-10 guests, your holiday entertaining and relaxation is complete. Alternatively, enjoy entertaining indoors in complete luxury on the chaise lounge in the entertainment room watching a movie on Stan or Netflix. There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite and a further bathroom with a bath and a separate laundry. Luxuriously appointed with hydronic heating throughout and reverse cycle heating and cooling in 2 domains (reverse cycle air-conditioning units are located in the master bedroom and main living room and a ceiling fan in the front living room). A small boat can easily be accommodated on site. This modern oasis is a must on your next Peninsula bucket list escape! Firstly for an expensive property there were too many issues. Air conditioning in main living area was not working. The bed in main room collapsed!!! The main gas burner on the stove didn't work. The front door was very difficult to lock. The umbrella on the outdoor area couldn't be used. The property is promoted as walk to beach.
