The location was within walking distance to the City. Parking was a bonus too! Unfortunately paper thin walls and noisy neighbours hampered our experience. It is a perfect location, only 3 minutes from South Beach, the Royal Gardens, and an easy walk to the tennis center and Melbourne Cricket stadium.
